Women for Women , the charity dedicated to helping women survivors of war to rebuild their lives. Designers and jewellers generously donated their beautiful wares - Erdem, Jason Wu, KimberlyMcdonald, Azzaro, Jonathan Saunders, Temperley, Mark Fast, Missoni, Lanvin and much more! These were shown to perfection on some of the coolest models in town - including Stella Tenant, Jacquetta Wheeler - who looked AMAZING in the Temperley dress that went on to fetch £5,500 and Astrid Munoz rocking the 'to die for' white Giambattista Valli ruffled collar mini dress. The rock star daughters - Daisy Lowe, Amber Le Bon, Pixie Geldof - were also modelling. Guests included, Lucy Yeomans and Sarah Bailey from Harpers Bazaar, Virginia Bates, Camilla Morton, Charlotte Dellal and many more of the chicest women in London. The highlight for me? The wonderfully persuasive wit of Caroline Lang from Sothebys Geneva. Geneva. So brilliant. That woman could quite possibly turn around the recession. She really had people falling over themselves to spend money. Perhaps Gordon Brown should hire her.
