Chef and restaurateur Mark Hix is taking on the 3rd lesson of the day at our Browns Vogue Fashion Night Out school. As well as several restaurants to manage Hix also writes a regular weekly column for the independent for which he has received several awards. He has also appeared on Saturday Kitchen, Market Kitchen, Great British Menu and River Cottage. As of 5pm he will be going back to basics and teaching bourgeoning chefs the art of chopping as well as more key skills. Oh to be stylish and a good cook!
