Last week the Browns editorial team headed down to the ICA to sample the Bernadette Corporation: 2000 Wasted Years retrospective. For those who haven't experienced the oh-so hip world of Bernadette Corporation, they are a collaborative group of artists and designers that spearheaded the underground New York fashion and art scene in the mid-late 90s.

Spanning a twenty year history, the exhibition explores the fields of magazine publishing, film production, political activism, literature and the market-driven art world. A little mind-boggling and extremely thought-provoking, this retrospective offers a visionary take on contemporary culture (not to mention several guest appearances from Browns favourite Chloe Sevigny).
